Pilgrims Group provides a comprehensive support and back-up maintenance service to all technical systems, with a 4-hour response for emergencies or 24-hour response for agreed non-critical events. All systems can be remotely monitored from our 24-hour operations centre. This allows us to identify problems early and deal with them before a fault occurs.
