Pilgrims has won a new 28-month contract in Kabul to provide risk management services to a global non-governmental organisation (NGO).
The NGO, which cannot be named for operational reasons, carries out capacity work among disadvantaged populations in Afghanistan. Pilgrims, who started work on the contract this August, assists the new client to travel safely throughout the country and carry out their daily business in a secure manner.
Pilgrims chief operating officer, David Freear, said, “We are delighted to have been awarded this new contract, it cements Pilgrims reputation of providing exceptional service and value to some of the world’s largest NGOs in hostile locations. When our hostile environment provision is reviewed alongside our other products and services, Pilgrims is truly a ‘one stop shop’ providing solutions to all the security needs facing national and international clients in today’s increasingly complex world.”
